Often after Outlook has been mounted, many of you will want to change the settings which help decide how your information appears when your recipients view your outgoing messages. Outlook allows you to set or change the name of the email show so you can set up names that might appear more casual. This means that you can add your nicknames or insert them in.
In Outlook, you can change your display name. You have to understand how necessary it is to show a good reputation for the business. We hope that you have found the motto to read our document.
When you first built your Windows Live Hotmail account and profile, you typed your full name into one of your text boxes. This name that you type is now used as “display name” on your Hotmail account: that is, when you send an e-mail to someone, it will show up as “From.” If you have married and shouldchange your name or type in when you first set Hotmail or for some other reason, itallows you edit and change your account show name. You have to follow a few basic steps that we will clarify in the following paragraphs in a short time. However, the steps to adjust the name of the show depend on the edition of Outlook that you are using.
To go to the Hotmail Options screen, click on the Options dropdown menu in the top right corner of each of the email screens of Hotmail. Select the last thing, “More Options.” Please find and click on the View and modify your personal details link in the first section of the settings.
Notice that Hotmail will also ask you to reenter your password, preventing anyone from altering details on your profile when you leave your device unattended while logging in to Windows Live Hotmail. Type your password and then press the Sign in button to confirm your identity.
Under the loaded Account Information Panel, the first section of your information includes your mail address, name, date of birth, date of your first entry into Hotmail, etc. To change your email display name, click on the Registered Information Link. Notice that you should also update the billing information connection if you have modified your official name and not only look to change your e-mail show name; if you do not currently belong to the paid service ‘Hotmail Plus,’ the billing information connection should not appear;

You will open the Your Name Screen and adjust your first and last name.
Just type a new first and/or last name in the area you like. Everybody can see your first name Hotmail, but by default your last name is not public. To make your last name clear, check the checkbox “Let everyone look at my last name so that people can link to me on Windows Live.”
To return to your mail and inbox, click the Mail connection at the top of the screen. The next email you send represents your updated name.
